4. We also welcome bulk orders of quantities exceeding 30pcs or more, and will ensure the best in wholesale prices will be given.

5. This wholesale price offer also extends to non-retailers. Individuals can also enjoy this very special pricing provided that your individual or single group order exceeds the same minimum of 30pcs or more per order. However, there will be no refunds once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received. All prices are exclusive of postage and handling charges which will be borne solely by the purchaser. Shipping charges are determined by package weight, and shipping destinations within Malaysia only. Please enquire with us for international orders.

6. All shipping will be handled either by Pos Laju or TNT Express Worldwide, and will be expedited as soon as payment is received in full.

7. We can only deliver the Goods to you during office hours, Monday to Friday and we are unable to specify the time at which the Goods will be delivered to you. 10. The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Products purchased if found to be damaged can be returned within 7 days within Malaysia and 2 weeks for overseas. However, the postage charge will be bear by the customer.

12. Customers have to make payment within 3days after placing an order; otherwise order will be cancelled without prior notice.

13. Customers shall receive the purchased item within one week subject to stock availability.

14. When do customers get refund once they have returned an item?
Once we receive an item, we will process the return and refund within 5 working days. Please allow at least 21 days from posting the item back to us for the refund to reach your account (this may take longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment). You will be refunded the amount you paid for the goods returned excluding any shipping charges.

15. Regrettably we can only provide a refund for a lost delivery once we have been provided with a proof of posting.

16. Important Information:
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.) and will not be responsible for any loss of items during delivery. However, be assured that items will be shipped by registered mail which can be tracked. All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

17. No claim by you against us shall be valid unless you have notified us of the details of the claim within one month of it arising.

18. We reserve the right:
To cancel any order, at which time, we shall immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number provided. We shall refund the monies paid using the original method received.

3. Shipping of Oversized Items There are no extra shipping or handling charges for oversized items. Please note that we cannot ship oversized items to P.O. boxes.

4. Refusal of Delivery If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to passioncelebstyle.com and any other costs that occur during the delivery process. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all actual costs associated with shipping and returning the respective shipment.

5. Damaged/Lost Merchandise Upon arrival of your shipment, please check the contents of your package immediately and report any discrepancies or damages within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. Passioncelebstyle.com must report all damages immediately to the carrier for inspection; therefore, we ask that you keep all merchandise and packaging in as delivered condition. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged or is lost but we will make every effort to correct this situation. Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete. Although we are unable expedite replacements, please be assured that passioncelebstyle.com will work diligently with the carrier to resolve these matters in the most efficient way possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information If a package is returned to passioncelebstyle.com due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If a package is delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information, passioncelebstyle.com is not responsible. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will still be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process.

7. Shipping Delays passioncelebstyle.com is committed to fulfilling orders within 1-2 working days. If you do not receive your order postage confirmation/tracker number within the time frame specified, do not panic. Everything is probably fine and you will receive your order shortly. Delays in checking your tracking confirmation may occur, even though the order has shipped.
